Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of Professional Services/Implementation experience in IAM.
• Min 4 years of Professional Services/Implementation/hands-on experience in CyberArk On-Prem Solution
• Min 2 years of customer handling experience.
• CDE certification (preferred).
• Any other PAM product knowledge will be a plus.
  

• Work with customers on the installation, integration, deployment, enhancement of CyberArk software.
• Configure CyberArk solutions as defined by the Solution Architect and begin to contribute to solution definition.
• Communicate to clients the solution and the implementation at the technical and functional level.
• Collaborate effectively within a team structure and can take on tasks independently, following them through to completion.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all onsite IAM-related issues, queries and deployments.
• Communicate to clients both the aspects of the solution and the implementation at the technical and functional level.
  

Required Skills

• Solid Development/Implementation hands-on experience in CyberArk PAM OnPrem Solution.
• Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
• Technical Stakeholder communication and management
• Should be able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in multi-site deployment of CyberArk PAM Solution.
