Senior Consultant - HR Transformation

In this role at VMentor.ai, you will be joining the Culture & Organisation Transformation vertical as a Senior Consultant. Your responsibilities will include working on high-impact projects related to culture integration, HR transformation, performance orientation, and leadership development. Specifically, you will: - Consult with CXOs & Senior Leaders of leading organizations to address people, culture, and transformation challenges. - Design & deliver programs focusing on culture building, performance, and leadership effectiveness. - Lead project execution by managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement across multiple clients. - Conduct research & diagnostics to develop frameworks, playbooks, and interventions. - Collaborate with senior mentors to expand your thinking and skills. To be successful in this role, VMentor.ai is looking for individuals with the following qualifications: - 4-5 years of experience in management consulting, HR advisory, or organization development. - Exposure to large-scale transformation, culture, or HR process design. - Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, impact-driven environment. - Passion for people, culture, and scaling organizations.
