As an Infrastructure Consulting Practitioner one will support clients todesign, build and run an agile, scalable IT infrastructure that is standardizedand optimized to deliver operational efficiencies, improve employee andworkplace performance and meet dynamic Client business demands. Identify business needs - Researching and designing infrastructure. Analyses of established infrastructure and creating processes and tools. Design and develop infrastructure solutions. Applying infrastructureimprovements. Respond to client requests - Supporting the installation of equipment. Evaluating and improving existing infrastructure. Formulating a technical roadmap. Troubleshooting and fixing major issues. This involves determining the software and hardware needs of the business,alongside the equipment that may help them achieve their business goals. Provide expert advice wherever possible.
