Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in investigation, market research, company profiling, and secondary research. ### Roles and Responsibility Assist clients with investigations and execute assignments with minimal supervision. Gather information on specific targets to highlight red flags and enable clients to identify issues of concern and manage risk. Perform business development and assessment services using multiple proprietary databases and general secondary sources. Utilize knowledge of various red flags when entering into third-party relations. Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English. Be proficient in MS Office. ### Job Requirements CA/LLM/LLB qualification. Possess strong technical skills in areas such as desktop research, foreign corrupt practices act (FCPA), UK bribery act (UKBA), and office of foreign assets control (OFAC). Ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while following commercial and legal requirements. Exhibit practical problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions. Demonstrate agility, curiosity, mindfulness, positivity, adaptability, and creativity in approach. Be hardworking, adaptable, and a quick learner.
