Job Description

Technical Excellence

Maintain and update all records in internal systems and
Excel
, based on assigned tasks.
Perform
information and document validation
in line with project or client requirements.
Conduct
verification checks
by liaising with appropriate sources such as HR SPOCs, institutes, colleges, or universities.
Follow up with candidates for document collection or clarification through
calls or emails
.
Coordinate with verification sources and ensure
internal databases
are updated accordingly.
Ensure timely
closure of verification checks
as per defined service-level agreements (SLAs).
Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure check closures where cross-functional coordination is needed.
Strong
written and verbal communication skills

analytical mindset

Skills and Attributes

Experience with
transformation projects
in the
banking domain
is highly desirable.

Qualification

Specify Degree if Known, e.g., B.Com, BBA, or relevant bachelor's degree

4+ years
of total experience, including:

Experience working on data-intensive projects with client-facing responsibilities.
