Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of relevant experience, preferably from a reputed institute with a good academic background. ### Roles and Responsibility Understand and document clients' business processes and requirements. Develop sector focus based on industry group alignment. Conduct research methodologies, including primary and secondary research. Utilize MS-Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) with advanced applications. Demonstrate strong business analysis skills and analytical abilities. Exhibit keen interest in process improvement and transformation delivery. Possess impeccable oral and written communication skills. Be willing to work under tight timelines and pressure frequently. Work well in teams, often cross-functional, with a diverse set of colleagues. Develop relationships with clients and team members through excellent interpersonal skills. ### Job Requirements B.Tech/ B.Arch/ B.Com degree from a reputed institute with a good academic background. 6-10 years of relevant experience with a consulting firm/think-tank/non-profit organization. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems, delivering insightful and practical solutions. Skills and attributes include initiative, participation in corporate social and team events, agility, curiosity, mindfulness, positivity, adaptability, and creativity. Strong understanding of finance consulting, business transformation, supply chain and operations, and people advisory services.
