We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in business consulting, preferably with a background in government consulting. ### Roles and Responsibility Collaborate with clients across multiple departments to provide services while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Utilize practical skills to solve complex problems and deliver insightful solutions. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, focusing on delivering results and meeting deadlines. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives, leveraging expertise to drive innovation. ### Job Requirements Post Graduation or MBA from a reputed institute with a good academic background. Minimum 6 years of experience in business consulting, preferably in government consulting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
