Role: Senior Configuration Lead

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

· Configure workflows, metadata, and document types in Veeva PromoMats.

· Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

· Integrate PromoMats with CRM, DAM, and other enterprise systems.

· Lead testing, validation, and compliance (FDA 21 CFR Part 11).

· Train users and maintain system documentation.

· Drive continuous improvement and system enhancements.

· Mentor junior team members and lead Agile ceremonies.

· Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

· Proven expertise in Veeva PromoMats, including Claims, Tiering, DAM, and Modular Content.

· Strong understanding of regulatory workflows and global vs. regional strategies.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

· Experience in life sciences/pharma industry preferred.

· Familiarity with Veeva CRM and Agile tools like JIRA.

Preferred:

· Veeva PromoMats certification.

· Experience with enterprise clients (e.g., Abbott).

· Background in compliance and content lifecycle management.
