As a Compliance Officer / Senior Compliance Officer at our company located in Makarba, Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely collection, verification, and approval of professional documentation for healthcare workers supporting the NHS in the UK. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be essential in maintaining compliance with NHS standards and contributing to the global impact of our work. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collect and verify compliance documents for NHS healthcare professionals - Follow up on pending items such as licenses, RTW proofs, trainings, vaccination records, and background checks - Ensure all documentation meets NHS and recruitment framework standards - Communicate effectively with candidates and internal teams - Maintain accurate records in compliance systems/CRMs - Escalate non-compliance issues and support resolution - Assist with audits and prepare compliance reports - Stay updated with UK healthcare compliance guidelines **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience - 2-3 years of experience in compliance, document verification, or recruitment (healthcare/NHS preferred) - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Good written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office and compliance tracking systems - Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of NHS compliance standards is a plus As an additional detail, joining our company will provide you with the opportunity to work with a global healthcare compliance team, gain exposure to UK healthcare and NHS standards, and be a part of a supportive work culture that offers room for growth.
