Senior Compliance Officer Credit advisory

As a candidate for this role, you should have 10-12 years of post-qualification experience with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of Credit regulations (Wholesale/Retail) and related compliances. Your responsibilities will include: - Guiding Business Units on Regulatory Compliance for transactions handled by the Bank, specifically focusing on Credit regulations. - Providing guidance and support to business teams regarding Credit (Wholesale and Retail) regulations and guidelines issued by RBI. - Liaising with RBI to seek clarification on regulatory matters. - Reviewing Product and Process notes to ensure compliance from a regulatory perspective. - Representing the Compliance unit in PPAC Committee Discussions to ensure proper communication of compliance comments. - Implementing Circular Tracker by disseminating regulatory guidelines within set timelines, reviewing action points, and following up with stakeholders for implementation. - Testing compliance submitted by stakeholders before closing circular action points. - Conducting periodic training on RBI guidelines related to Credit Portfolio, including developing online training modules and ensuring regular updates. - Preparing and submitting quarterly compliance agenda notes to the CS team. - Compiling a Monthly Report on Compliance Activities.
