Your responsibilities will involve: Brand strategy & Designing for growth: - Identifying and enhancing key user experiences on the website through continuous experimentation. - Developing and maintaining visual systems, brand identity, and style guides. - Understanding customer needs for physical products like corporate credit cards, from design conceptualization to prototype testing. - Crafting engaging storytelling content based on trends, styling advice, and campaign data. - Conceptualizing innovative content-commerce integration strategies across various channels. Project ideation: - Providing insights and feedback at all project stages to ensure clear communication through products. - Collaborating with marketing, sales, and PR teams to brainstorm and execute creative ideas. Design advocacy and evangelism: - Advocating for exceptional visual experiences and communicating design goals to cross-functional teams. - Ensuring accuracy and consistency in implementing visual systems. Resource management and collaboration: - Mentoring and guiding communication designers to enhance their skills and career paths. - Building strong relationships across departments to unify the brand narrative. - Working closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Mandatory Qualifications: - Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to enhance team effectiveness. - Proven track record of delivering exceptional designs. - 3-5 years of experience in designing digital assets and physical products. - Strong portfolio showcasing inspiring design work and successful product launches. - Proficiency in Branding, Visual Design, and current digital technologies. - Customer-focused mindset with a keen eye for design details.
