What You’ll Do

• Set the Standard

  – Ensure every dish served across outlets at his/her cluster reflects our brand promise in flavour, presentation, and quality.

• Train & Inspire

  – Mentor chefs and kitchen teams, sharing best practices and ensuring everyone is aligned with our culinary vision.

• Taste & Audit

  – Conduct regular food tastings and kitchen audits to guarantee consistency.

• Collaborate

  – Work closely with purchasing and operations to make sure only the best ingredients reach our kitchens.

• Innovate

  – Contribute ideas for seasonal menus, new dishes, and creative presentations while keeping quality intact.

• Maintain Hygiene Excellence

  – Oversee CODIVishakha A FSSAI, and food safety standards, ensuring world-class kitchen practices.

What We’re Looking For

• A culinary professional with

  10+ years of experience

  , including time in multi-outlet restaurants or hotels.
• Strong background in

  Quality Control, Kitchen hygiene, menu development, recipe standardisation, and food cost management

  .
• A natural leader who can train, coach, and motivate kitchen brigades.
• Eye for detail, taste for perfection, and passion for consistent guest experiences.
• A culinary degree/diploma from a reputed institute is preferred.
