Role Overview

Senior Cloud Engineer (Azure)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated Azure infrastructure using

  IaC tools

  (Terraform, Bicep, Ansible).
• Deploy and manage

  Azure Landing Zones

  aligned with enterprise-scale architecture.
• Apply

  Microsofts Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF)

  to cloud strategy, governance, and operations.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using

  Azure DevOps

  or

  GitHub Actions

  with integrated security checks.
• Implement and manage Azure-native security tools (

  Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, Azure Policy, Key Vault

  ).
• Conduct security audits to ensure compliance with industry and client requirements.
  
• Monitor performance and optimize costs with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
  
• Support incident resolution, service requests, and environment troubleshooting.
  
• Stay updated with Azure innovations and DevSecOps best practices.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years

  in enterprise infrastructure and cloud operations (MSP/multi-tenant preferred).

• 3+ years

  hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Strong expertise in

  Infrastructure as Code

  , automation, and scripting (

  PowerShell, Azure CLI

  ).
• Experience with Azure Landing Zones, governance, and enterprise-scale deployments.
  
• Hands-on with cloud security, compliance, and monitoring.
  
• Familiarity with containerization (

  AKS, Docker, Azure Container Apps

  ) is a plus.
