Senior Client Partner (GCC)

Role Overview: As an experienced professional in client partnerships and account management at CRMIT Solutions, your responsibilities will include client relationship management, business development, strategic consulting, stakeholder collaboration, and exposure to AI and tools. Your primary tasks will involve ensuring client satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, providing expert advisory services, aligning service delivery with client needs, and understanding expansion opportunities within the GCC priorities including AI. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. - Identify new business opportunities by promoting CRMIT's services such as talent acquisition, workspace management, operations support, and strategic consulting. - Provide expert advisory services to clients to help them scale their Salesforce environments and achieve business goals. - Collaborate with stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align service delivery with client needs. - Understand the expansion opportunities within the GCC priorities including AI. Qualification Required: - 15+ years of experience in client partnerships or account management in the technology, cloud, or Salesforce ecosystem. - Proven track record of managing large client relationships at the global CXO level for strategy and delivery. - Experience with Global Capability Centers (GCCs) or outsourcing models is highly preferred. - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.,
