Role: Senior Civil Structural Engineer

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Key Responsibilities

• Performing detailed structural analysis & design for RCC & Steel Structures using industry-standard softwares.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and architects to ensure designs meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Create accurate technical drawings and schematics for various structural projects using CAD.
• Review and refine designs based on feedback and project needs.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in structural engineering.

Qualification

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related field from a reputed college.
• Masters in Structural Engineering is Preferred.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in structural design and drafting is must.

Skills Required

• Knowledge of 3D analysis softwares like ETABS, STAADPro, SAFE & RCDC etc.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar) & MS Office is must.
• Knowledge of Indian Standard codes.
• Strong understanding of structural design principles and construction practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
• Ability to interpret and create technical drawings and specifications.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
