- Participate in planning of resources and scheduling of labour for the entire process of execution with the help of the operations team.
- Reach the site daily on time and brief the days work to the laborers.
- Update hourly progress and map with the scheduled timeline chart.
- Purchasing and Procuring items that may be needed by the labour team for smooth execution of work.
- Update petty cash flow and labor payments as and when they happen. Customer Relationship-
- Maintain regular contact with customers & keep them updated on workflow and approvals for technical checks.
- Coordinate with the operations team for all details
- Coordinate for the purchase team for materials
- Coordinate for the design team for design decisions & planning
- Document work every day and keep picture & video documentation of all activities.
- Correctly enforce company policies and safety procedures all through execution.
