Job Description

Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.
• Resolve site issues, provide technical guidance, and ensure work progresses as per schedule. • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules.
• Coordinate manpower, machinery, and material requirements. • Ensure timely progress to meet project deadlines.
Take measurements, prepare bar bending schedules (BBS), and verify quantities.
• Maintain daily site reports, checklists, DPRs, and material records. • Assist in preparing bills and R.A. measurements for contractors.
