Role Overview

As a Chemist, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and improving herbal and cosmetic formulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and maintaining the highest quality.---

🔬 Key Responsibilities:

Formulate herbal, cosmetic, and skincare products according to R&D guidelinesConduct lab tests and maintain documentation for each batchEnsure product quality through stability, safety, and performance testingCoordinate with production for scale-up and batch trialsStay updated with regulatory standards (GMP, ISO, AYUSH, etc.)---📌

Qualifications & Skills:

B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field5–9 years of hands-on experience in the herbal/cosmetic/pharmaceutical industryStrong understanding of herbal ingredients, active compounds, and product safetyExperience with lab instruments, formulations, and regulatory documentationDetail-oriented, analytical, and a strong team player---🏢
