Working Hours: 9 Hours (Rotational Shift)

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 (Negotiable)

Job Summary

Lulu Hypermarket is seeking an experienced Senior CDP – Bakery & Confectionery to lead the bakery production section. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality bakery and pastry products while ensuring smooth daily operations, hygiene compliance, and team supervision.

Job Role:

• Prepare and supervise production of breads, cakes, pastries & desserts
• Maintain product quality, presentation & hygiene standards
• Manage daily bakery operations and support junior staff
• Plan production based on demand and minimize wastage
• Introduce new bakery & confectionery items

Candidate Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in bakery & confectionery (Retail / Hotel / QSR industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of breads, pastries, desserts, and related baking techniques.
• Ability to lead a team and manage high production volume.
• Diploma / Certification in Bakery & Confectionery or Food Production is an added advantage.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
