Job Description

As a Cashier Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations at the checkout area and providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include: - Welcome customers, provide assistance, and address their concerns. - Supervise checkout stations regularly to maintain efficiency. - Manage store operations in the absence of the Manager. - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized checkout area. - Evaluate the performance of cash associates and provide constructive feedback. - Ensure prompt and accurate processing of customer transactions. - Generate cash-related documents and account reports. - Conduct bank deposits and withdrawals following established policies. - Ensure that cash associates adhere to accounting policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards. - Promptly identify and communicate any accounting-related issues to management. - Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, stocked, and labeled. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree preferred. - Minimum 2 years of total work experience preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for at least 1 year preferred. This job is a full-time position with a salary range of 12,000.00 - 18,000.00 per month. The job type is Full-time with a fixed shift schedule and a yearly bonus.,
