Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager for our Used Cars Division at Jolly Motors. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the automobile industry, specifically in pre-owned vehicles, with proven expertise in closing deals and handling mid-range to premium car segments. Only Ahmedabad-based candidates will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end sales closing process with walk-in and referred customers.
• Lead and manage the sales team, set targets, and ensure consistent performance.
• Guide customers through the buying process with deep knowledge of mid-range and premium car models.
• Monitor leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Maintain strong relationships with repeat and premium customers.
• Work closely with evaluation, finance, and insurance departments.
• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing for used vehicles.
• Ensure excellent showroom experience and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in used car sales (only automobile industry).
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Deep knowledge of mid-segment and premium cars (e.g., Honda City, Skoda, BMW, Audi, etc.).
• Must be based in Ahmedabad.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership ability and a result-driven approach.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills is preferred.
