Senior Business Manager, Sales

As a Business Manager - Enterprise Sales at Fiserv, your primary responsibilities will include sourcing new Enterprise clients, proactively identifying opportunities within the enterprise segment, nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, collaborating with internal teams to develop comprehensive solutions, customizing offerings to meet unique client needs, and focusing on pipeline management by providing accurate forecasts to senior management. You will be tasked with growing the wallet share of the existing portfolio, ensuring commercial and contractual closure with merchant partners, liaising with channel partners for lead generation, and handling portfolios while serving customer queries. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal), aggressive selling skills, excellent relationship management abilities, solid negotiation skills, and effective time management and organizational capabilities. Additionally, having a Graduate or Postgraduate degree with a minimum of 6+ years of experience, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sales Force CRM software would be advantageous.
