Job Description

Position:

Lead
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
and business finance functions.
Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Track and analyze key business metrics, margins, and financial performance.
Drive profitability through cost optimization and efficient financial control.
Prepare and present monthly MIS, dashboards, and variance reports.

Requirements:

6–10 years of experience in
Business Finance / FP&A
within
startup or manufacturing industries (preferably B2B).
Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Strong business acumen and communication skills.
Fluent in Hindi
and English.
Qualification:
CA / MBA in Finance
preferred.
