Senior Business Development Manager

• Lead and supervise a team of travel agents, providing direction, guidance, and support.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures
• Train new team members on booking systems & company processes Handle escalated customer inquiries & complaints, ensuring timely resolution Guest Handling Develop and implement sales strategies to meet team targets & revenue goals
• .Conduct regular performance evaluations & provide constructive feedback to team Maintain positive & collaborative team environment, encouraging for teamwork Stay updated on industry trends, travel products & destination information to provide accurate advice and recommendations.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to optimize processes & improve customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
