Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations to potential clients.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the real estate market, including current trends, pricing, and legal requirements.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth transaction processes.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good knowledge of the local property market.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
