Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Associate with a strong background in EdTech sales. The candidate will be responsible for engaging prospective learners, understanding their requirements, promoting relevant educational programs, and driving admissions and revenue through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective learners and explain relevant educational programs.
• Drive sales conversions and achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Manage leads, conduct follow-ups, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable learning solutions.
• Build strong relationships with prospective learners and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales records in the CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of EdTech sales experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience in sales, lead conversion, and target achievement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
