Job Description

We are hiring experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Development Associates (Sr. BDA) for our upcoming December 2026 batch.

Candidates must have strong sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years of mandatory EdTech industry experience, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development and revenue growth through sales.
• Generate and convert prospective leads into successful admissions/business opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow up with prospective customers and manage the complete sales cycle.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience:

• 3–6 years of overall experience.
• Minimum 2 years of mandatory EdTech experience.
• Previous sales experience is mandatory.

Age Criteria:

• Maximum age: 31 years.

Educational Qualification:

Undergraduate (UG):

• Technical: B.Tech
• Non-Technical: B.Com / BBA

Postgraduate (PG):

• Technical: M.Tech
• Non-Technical: MBA (Marketing & Sales)

Industry Background:

• EdTech industry experience.
• Candidates with a combination of EdTech and Non-EdTech experience are also eligible.
