Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Senior Business Development Associate with mandatory EdTech sales experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, experience in B2C sales, and the ability to convert prospective learners into paid enrollments.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end B2C sales, from lead qualification to enrollment.
- Connect with prospective learners and parents to understand their career goals.
- Provide course counselling and address customer objections.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline.
- Maintain lead and conversion records using CRM tools.
Required Skills and Experience
- Relevant EdTech sales experience is mandatory.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2C sales, course counselling, and lead conversion.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and convert leads into paid enrollments.
- Experience in upskilling programs, online courses, test preparation, or career-focused education is preferred.
Note: Candidates with relevant EdTech sales experience are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹840,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
