The Omnijobs is hiring motivated and result-oriented sales professionals for our EdTech client in Bangalore and Gurugram.
Open Positions
- Business Development Associate (BDA)- Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA)
Experience: 2–6 years (EdTech sales experience preferred)
Qualification: Minimum Graduation
Compensation
- BDA: ₹7 LPA – ₹8.4 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives- Sr. BDA: ₹8.4 LPA – ₹11 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end B2C sales, from lead qualification to enrollment.- Counsel learners and parents on courses and career opportunities.- Handle objections, maintain follow-ups, and achieve sales targets.- Track leads, conversions, and sales performance using CRM tools.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong communication, negotiation, and counselling skills.- Proven sales performance and lead conversion abilities.- Comfortable with high-volume calling and target-driven environments.
