Senior Business Consultant

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that the business solution is designed based on a holistic view across all processes within the assigned domain, while leveraging pre-delivered best practices. This includes integrating, re-engineering, and designing processes to maximize the adoption and usage of pre-delivered best practices and standard functionalities. Additionally, the incumbent will evaluate and recommend different product solutions based on customer requirements. Furthermore, the role involves identifying and facilitating customers to implement organizational changes necessary for effective business product implementation. It also includes designing and conducting solution workshops to gain early buy-in from stakeholders and identify additional engagement opportunities with clients. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing and guiding others in their career progression. Moreover, it is essential to continually update oneself for self-development and contribute to business cases, market collaterals, and other related activities. The position requires expertise in technical skills related to Enterprise Application Integration, specifically TIBCO Business Events.
