Role Overview

Business Analytics Consultant

Reporting & Dashboard Development

• Develop new reports using Excel, Alteryx, SQL, and JSON-based datasets.
  
• Build interactive Tableau and Figma dashboards for executive scorecards and activity reporting.
  

Enhancement of Existing Dashboards

• Refine current dashboards to improve clarity, usability, and performance.
  
• Strengthen data storytelling to support both tactical and strategic decision-making.
  

Data Integration & Query Development

• Write optimized queries and design dashboards that simplify complex analytical findings.
  
• Ensure outputs are accurate, well-structured, and aligned with business requirements.
  

Advanced Analytics & Insights

• Analyze data from Genesys, A3S, Salesforce, and CATs to uncover key trends.
  
• Provide insights into customer and advisor interactions to support process improvements and operational efficiency.
  

Candidate Profile

• 6+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Reporting, or Data Visualization roles.
  
• Strong hands-on expertise with Excel, SQL, and Alteryx for data preparation and reporting.
  
• Proficient in building dashboards using Tableau; exposure to Figma for design-oriented reporting is a plus.
  
• Understanding of JSON structures, data extraction techniques, and building scalable data workflows.
  
• Experience working with datasets from Genesys, A3S, Salesforce, and CATs (preferred).
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.
  
• Knowledge of data integration concepts and ability to write optimized queries for reporting.
  
• Familiarity with customer interaction analytics and advisor-related performance metrics is desirable.
