Job Title: Business Analyst
About the Role: We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive Business Analysts to support data-driven decision-making and cross-functional project execution. This role is highly stakeholder-facing and requires strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills, without an emphasis on advanced statistics or data visualization.
Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements from various stakeholders. Perform SQL-based data reconciliation and validation. Drive deep-dive analyses to support business cases and issue resolution. Coordinate across teams and independently own functional areas. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business functions. Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of outputs.
Key Skills & Requirements: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and reconciliation. Strong experience in requirement gathering and documentation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage stakeholders and work across multiple teams. Good business acumen and ability to understand domain context. Project coordination and task ownership mindset.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in fast-paced environments such as fintech, e-commerce, or enterprise tech. Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
