Description: Looking for dynamic people who want to work in large scale digital

transformation programs and have effective communication skills and clearly

articulate and communicate with customers and internal stake holders.

Required Qualifications & Experience-

• B.Tech/BE degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or a degree

in Master of Business Administration / PGDM

• 5 to 7 years of experience of working as Business Analyst in digital

implementation projects

• Ability to act as an interface between the technical team and business team,

understanding business requirements for new developments, changes and

communicating them to the tech teams documenting requirements, acting as

internal clients to supervise functional testing

• Candidate should have exposure to Datawarehouse / datalake , Data acquisition,

data transformation processes.

• Must have experience in Data analysis, data transformation logic, data modelling

• Ability to define test conditions to validate the development & quality of the

application

• Ability to demonstrate the functionalities to key business users.

• Ability to do interdependency analysis and impact assessment on change in

business process

• Carrying out sessions with business teams to study and understand technology

aspirations, current business processes, etc.

• Participated and lead the UAT from a domain perspective

• Should have in his/her project experience participated in Knowledge transfer

from one vendor to other vendor as a knowledge acquirer

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and organize the training content

• Has experience in creating Project templates/Documentation not limited to a)

Process Documents b) User Manuals c) Data Model descriptions d) Frequently

Asked Questions and getting the sign off from respective stake holders

• CPG, Downstream oil and gas experience is a plusRole & responsibilities
