Job Description

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst with AI Expertise

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Artificial Intelligence to bridge

the gap between business needs and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage

AI knowledge to analyze, interpret, and improve business processes while collaborating

with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into AI-based
solutions.
Analyze data and workflows to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for
automation and optimization.
Define and document requirements for AI-driven products and projects.
Partner with data scientists, AI engineers, and developers to design, test, and implement AI
models and systems.
Evaluate the feasibility and ROI of integrating AI technologies into existing business
processes.
Lead workshops and discussions to educate stakeholders on AI capabilities and
applications.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure AI solutions meet business needs.
Monitor AI system performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science is mandatory.
Knowledge or certification in AI/ML technologies is a plus.

Experience:

8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Experience in working with Java based projects

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
