Job Description

As a member of the Financial Market Digital Channels team, you will contribute to providing world-class technology to support the bank's Financial Markets business. Your role will involve working on the bank's in-house built pricing, execution, and trade processing platform. You will have the opportunity to apply your deep understanding of the domain, scientific approach, and innovative solutions to best service customers in a competitive environment. Collaboration with smart technologists globally in the financial markets domain awaits you, within a team culture that is open, intellectual, and fun, offering plentiful learning opportunities and avenues for career advancement. **Responsibilities:** - Drive agile delivery process in a Scrum Master role, with product ownership experience being beneficial. - Proactively engage, manage, and build strong relationships with both business and technology stakeholders. - Take ownership of technology deliveries from high-level requirements through development, testing, and deployment. - Provide ongoing support to technology teams, including authoring/reviewing test cases, managing change request processes, and maintaining high-quality UAT plans. - Identify risks and issues early, plan mitigating steps, and communicate them to stakeholders promptly. - Understand business requirements for front office platform design and translate them into quality technology solutions. **Mandatory Skills:** - Minimum 7+ years of experience in banks or product companies with strong Business Analysis and/or Project Management skills. - Experience in Financial Markets technology delivery. - Practical experience as a Front Office Business Analyst in a project role. - Good understanding of asset classes like Rates, Commodities, or FX derivatives. - Work experience in Trade Life Cycle. - Proficiency in Agile and traditional project management methodologies. - Technical background beneficial, with knowledge of programming languages, technologies, architectures, data stores, and messaging. - Strong business analysis skills for documenting requirements, user stories, and translating them into specifications. - Flexibility to take on multiple roles like Scrum master, Business Analyst, or UAT manager based on project demands. - Experience in handling release cycles for technology delivery in a financial institution. - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. - Experience working with globally distributed teams across different time zones. - Understanding of change processes in financial institutions. - Ability to lead cross-departmental teams to delivery. **Nice-to-Have Skills:** - Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, or PMP are a plus. - Knowledge and previous experience of large-scale financial markets technology platforms are beneficial.,
