Senior Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience in the Marine ERP domain, you will play a crucial role in translating maritime domain knowledge into functional specifications for ERP development. Your familiarity with IMO, MLC, GDPR, and STCW regulations will be a strong advantage in this role. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading workshops and discussions with vessel crew and shore departments to understand pain points and expectations. - Providing domain expertise and input into the product roadmap. - Coordinating with developers, QA teams, and UX designers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of features. - Assisting with UAT, training sessions, and user onboarding. - Continuously improving ERP usability and functionality based on user feedback. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Marine ERP domain. - Familiarity with IMO, MLC, GDPR, and STCW regulations. - Previous experience in the Marine domain, with a sailing background highly desirable.,
