Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead business requirements gathering, process improvement, and solution implementation across multiple projects. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in coordinating with technical and business teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Requirement Gathering

• Lead detailed requirement analysis, documentation, and validation for new and ongoing projects.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings to understand business needs and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
• Develop BRD, SRS, user stories, workflows, process maps, and use-case diagrams.
• Ensure clarity and completeness of requirements for project teams.

Project & Process Coordination

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, designers, and management.
• Work closely with project managers to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement initiation to deployment.
• Monitor project progress and support in resolving issues or roadblocks.

Data & Business Insights

• Analyze business data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Evaluate existing processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Communicate project updates, gather feedback, and ensure client expectations are met.
• Conduct presentations, demos, and training sessions as required.

Quality Assurance & Documentation

• Support QA teams in test planning, reviewing test cases, and validating requirements.
• Ensure all documentation is maintained, updated, and aligned with organizational standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• 5–7 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, Senior BA, or similar role.
• Strong expertise in BRD/SRS creation, process modelling, and requirement elicitation.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, Figma, Visio, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Experience in software development environment preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in system or user acceptance testing.
• Understanding of SDLC and IT project management concepts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
