Senior Business Analyst

In This Role, You Will

• Work closely with the Business Project Manager(s) to agree the requirements of any change, which could be both from a client or an internal system enhancement.
• Operate within an Agile methodology.
• Work independently and under direction of project managers and with users to define concepts.
• Leverage strong analytical skills required to gain a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into applicable operational requirements.
• Ensure appropriate business analysis tasks are performed as part of the change lifecycle including the development of process maps, operating models and business requirement documents.
• Constructively raising key issues and risksIdentifying, recommending and delivering opportunities for improvements to enhance quality, efficiency and effectiveness of deliverables
  

To Be Successful, You Will

• Possession of a relevant business analysis qualification desirable.
• 4 - 6 years of Fund Services Experience.
• Demonstrated experience in business analysis roles.
• Experience of working in a large scale change environmentKnowledge and experience of ETL Technologies.
• Ability to analyze data using a variety of tools such as Excel, SQL.
