Experience Range: 5-7 Years

Education: BE / BTech (Comp Science preferred) + MBA

Responsibilities

Requirements & Analysis

• Own and manage the product roadmap, aligning with client goals and business priorities.
• Define and prioritize features in collaboration with business and technical teams.
• Engage with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Convert business needs into clear product features, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure requirements are well-documented for engineering and QA teams.
• Meet with clients and internal teams to understand goals and problems.
• Run requirement workshops, gather needs, and turn them into clear, testable requirements.
• Write BRDs/FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the analytics/BI backlog based on impact and urgency.
• Define KPIs and success measures with stakeholders and keep them consistent.
• Lead/participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Mentor junior analysts and review their work.

Delivery

• Oversee product rollouts and ensure smooth adoption by end-users and partners.
• Work closely with engineering and operations teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Track KPIs and continuously measure success of product releases.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with Product, Engineering/Data Engineering, Operations, Finance, Sales, Customer Experience, Executives, and external partners.
• Communicate simply and often: status, risks, decisions, and next steps

Required Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Direct client-facing experience (meetings, communication, requirement gathering, requirement analysis).
• Comfortable mentoring junior analysts.
• Able to support and maintain existing reports and the reporting structure with fixes, updates, and small improvements

Technical Skills

• BI tools: Power BI or Tableau
• Data: SQL for querying and validation.
• Excel: Advanced (modeling, pivots, lookups, charts).
• Project tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and/or ServiceNow.

• Exposure to business intelligence tools and integration platforms
• Hands-on delivery of BI/analytics work used by business leaders.
