Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with experience in P&C insurance to join one of the top business and technology consulting firm as a Senior Business Analyst.

Years of Experience - 3 to 6 years

Location - Chennai ( 5 days WFO)

NP - Immediate to 60 days preferred

Senior Business Analyst – P&C Insurance

Responsibilities:

Gather and document product requirements from stakeholders
Create user stories in Jira and maintain product documentation
Identify and implement process improvements
Support testing and ensure smooth implementation with engineering teams
Stay updated on insurance trends and suggest improvements
Contribute to AI/ML-based PoCs for optimizing insurance processes

Qualifications:

MBA or equivalent degree
Experience in P&C insurance (underwriting, claims, policy, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Detail-oriented and organized
Able to work independently and in a team
