Senior Business Analyst (Saama Product)

Role Overview: As a Senior Business Analyst (Saama Product) at AstraZeneca, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the GxP compliant SaaMa product, a key component of the Clinical Development Platforms utilized by late science teams across all therapeutic areas. You will play a crucial role as a member of the BizDevOps team, collaborating closely with other team members including the Product Lead, DevOps Lead, and technical engineers. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Business stakeholders through requirements elicitation sessions and backlog refinement sessions - Document business requirements for the technical team in the form of user stories with acceptance criteria - Prioritize requirements in each sprint in collaboration with business and technical staff - Gain insights into operational challenges with the technical team - Assist in roadmap and release planning alongside the Release Manager and Product BA - Oversee the release process to ensure compliance artifacts are collected and supported Qualifications Required: - Experience in Monitoring and Visualization Analytics Applications - Knowledge of drug development process and clinical trial execution pertaining to data management, analytics, and reporting - Strong understanding of industry-standard business practices in clinical trials - Proficient in software development, testing processes, and methodologies - Possession of Scrum Master Certification and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology - Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence - Experience working in a GxP validated SaaS environment Additional Details: As a Senior Business Analyst at AstraZeneca, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to rapidly evolving programs and focus on identifying opportunities for solutions.
