Job Description

EPAM Anywhere is looking for Senior Business Analyst – Legacy Tax Application Consolidation to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

We are looking for a skilled Senior Business Analyst with 5 to 10 years of experience to lead the Legacy Tax Application Consolidation project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and experience working with EPAM Anywhere.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and systems.
Conduct interviews with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide training on new systems.
Analyze data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
Work closely with the development team to ensure successful implementation of new features.
Provide support and guidance to junior team members.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.
Experience working with EPAM Anywhere is highly desirable.
