Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis:

Understand and analyze business requirements related to EDI.
Communicate and validate requirements with business users.

Documentation:

Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
Document EDI-related process specifications.
Prepare or update existing EDI map specifications.

Collaboration & Coordination:

Coordinate with the development team for EDI map development.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the business team.
Follow up on deployment and post-deployment support until completion.

Industry Knowledge:

Apply logistics knowledge, particularly in AIR and SEA operations, to EDI processes.
