Assist in the origination and execution of M&A and Strategy consulting assignments with top global and Indian Corporates, covering the following areas:
• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Equity fund-raising
• Business Strategy
* Must have had a stint at CXO/Director level position in Large Corporates, preferably as a Board member.
* Excellent relationships with Promoters/CXOs of large Corporates.
* Domain or Sectoral expertise a must
1) Industrials/Manufacturing
2) Consumer
3) B2B Services (logistics, healthcare, IT)
4) Emerging technology (SaaS, Deeptech, Robotics, Advanced manufacturing)
