Job Description

Prepare, verify, and finalize RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor/vendor invoices for residential, commercial, and high-rise projects.
Review and validate BOQs, measurement sheets, and GFC drawings to ensure billing accuracy and contractual compliance.
Coordinate with the project execution, planning, procurement, and finance teams for smooth billing operations and timely payments.
Perform rate analysis, quantity estimation, and reconciliation of materials and work executed.
Handle change orders, variation statements, and cost adjustments in line with contractual agreements.
Ensure statutory compliance in billing processes (GST, TDS, etc.) and maintain complete documentation for audits.
Support in contract management by preparing work orders, tracking deliverables, and ensuring contract closure.
Prepare MIS reports on billing status, cash flows, and pending approvals for management review.
Address billing disputes and coordinate with site teams for clarifications and corrections.
