Job Description: • Review all site billing & client billing on behalf of CO level. • SAP work: Budget tracking , Budget vs Actual report, Budget amendment & Material reconciliation in SAP. • Project Budget creation in SAP. • Review and initiate all budget approval requests from the site & create SAP report on a monthly basis. • Coordinate with the Site Billing and Planning teams for controlling COS, variations, and claims. • Prepare estimates for COS, variations, and claims. • Conduct site visits as required. • Manage material control and perform rate analysis as per site requirements. • Reconcile monthly material usage and highlight discrepancies, if any. • Handle additional tasks as assigned by Management, including internal management activities, escalations, PO control documentation, and other QS work. • Knowledge Building & Highway activity work.
