Job Title: Sr. Bench Sales Recruiter Experience Required: 9 to 15+ Years Job Location: SLN Terminus, Gachibowli, Hyderabad Work Timings: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST (US EST Shift) Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Qualification: Any Graduate Industry: IT Services & Consulting Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Key Responsibilities Leverage direct relationships with Tier 1 (American) vendors to place bench consultants. Market senior IT consultants to direct clients and implementation partners . Negotiate rates and contracts with vendors and clients. Perform regular cold calls, email campaigns, and follow-ups to close positions. Collaborate with internal teams to assess bench strength and pipeline. Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and vendors. Achieve monthly placement targets and ensure high client satisfaction. Requirements 915 years of experience in Bench Sales (US IT Staffing). Direct contacts with Tier 1 vendors is a must . Proven experience in marketing senior-level consultants across various technologies. Excellent verbal and written communication and strong negotiation skills . Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes , visa classifications, and tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099). Goal-oriented and target-driven.
