Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and café specials.
• Maintain knowledge of speciality coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art.
• Train, mentor, and guide junior baristas and service staff.
• Ensure café cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to safety standards.
• Provide excellent guest interaction, upselling, and customer engagement.
• Support café operations and coordinate with the management team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with speciality cafés (e.g., Blue Tokai, Quick Brown Fox, Subko, Third Wave, Starbucks, Sleepy Owl, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to manage a small team.
• Flexible to work in a dynamic and premium café environment.
