Senior Backend Developer & Project Manager

As a Senior Backend Developer & Technical Project Manager based in Jaipur, you will play a crucial role in architecting back-end systems, leading tech teams, managing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring project delivery from inception to deployment. Your primary responsibilities will include backend development and architecture, where you will build scalable, secure, and high-performance systems using technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java. Additionally, you will design RESTful APIs, work with both relational and non-relational databases, and optimize backend performance for efficiency. Moreover, you will take ownership of project delivery by overseeing backend-related features and updates, planning sprints, delegating tasks, and maintaining effective communication between technical and business stakeholders. Your role will also involve managing cloud servers, setting up CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring server uptime, scaling, and security. Furthermore, as a leader, you will be responsible for guiding a team of backend developers, establishing coding best practices, and driving clean architecture. Additionally, you will be involved in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new team members to support the team's growth. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 5 years of backend development experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or project management position. Strong expertise in backend frameworks, REST APIs, version control systems like Git, containerization with Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP is essential. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are also key requirements. Moreover, experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, agile/scrum methodologies, serverless architecture, or Kubernetes would be advantageous.
