Description
As a Senior Backend Developer, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs in NodeJS/Typescript (HapiJs/NestJs). You will work with databases such as MySQL/NoSQL (MongoDB/Neo4j/Dynamodb/ElasticSearch) to build secure and optimized data access layers. It is important to ensure best practices in authentication, authorization, and data privacy (OAuth2.0, JWT, Auth0). Collaborating with frontend teams (React/Angular) to define clear API contracts will be a key responsibility. Additionally, optimizing performance and scalability for high-volume donation and user interactions is crucial. Writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure high code coverage and reliability is essential. Deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting applications in AWS using AWS CDK on ECS/Lambda/Serverless frameworks is also part of the role. Participation in code reviews, architecture discussions, technical design sessions, and contributing to continuous integration and delivery pipelines are expected. Furthermore, mentoring junior developers and sharing best practices in clean coding, testing, and DevOps will be required.
